Unfortunately, this chat room gives some people problems at least
some of the time. Below are some guidelines:
- Sorry, but Web TV does NOT support this chat room. If you
have Web TV, then please try to access this site from another
browser. Please complain to Web TV on our behalf.
- AOL browsers might not support this chat room either. If
you are using an AOL browser, then please try using Netscape
or Internet Explorer instead.
- If the above two don't apply to you, then please try the
following.
- Try back later (a few hours, or the next day). The most
likely cause of your problem is either a temporary outage
with the chat room server or -- most likely -- simply
a matter of internet congestion that your particular ISP
isn't handling well for you.
- Try a different browser. If you are using IE, then try
Netscape, and vice-versa.
- Try downloading the latest versions of IE and/or Netscape
and try again.
- Try browsing from a different location. Ex: try work
or a friend's house instead of home. (Worst case, for
emergency situations, there is probably a local Kinko's
near you open 24 hours a day which might charge $10 /
hr for internet access.)
